The RN practices per Ohio Board of Nursing standards, delegates tasks appropriately, and provides assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Responsibilities include performing health assessments, developing care plans, evaluating patient responses, and participating in process improvements. Minimum qualifications include an Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN within five years.
