Seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor for a part-time onsite role.
Responsibilities include providing both surgical and non-surgical care for medically complex, work-related orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries during a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift.
Assist in patient management, facilitate return to work, and collaborate with medical and therapy teams. Communicate with employers and participate in case management to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure in the state, MD or DO degree from an accredited institution, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Spine Surgery. Must have medical malpractice insurance.
