Spine Surgeon Independent 1099 – Live Well Homecare

Seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care for approximately 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts.

Assist in managing complex medical cases, promoting return to work, and functional recovery.

Collaborate with medical and therapy teams to deliver non-surgical and surgical treatments for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.

Communicate with employers and participate in case management to improve patient outcomes.

Flexible scheduling to complement your private practice; compensation based on a revenue share model.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Spine Surgery.
