Speech Therapist PRN HOME HEALTH

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy for patients of various ages with speech, language, and swallowing challenges.

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of communication abilities.

Create and implement tailored therapy programs.

Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare teams.

Monitor progress and adjust treatments accordingly.

Educate patients and families on communication strategies.

Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Provide services at patients’ residences, including private and group homes.

Qualifications include current licensure, strong assessment skills, and effective communication. Experience in pediatrics is preferred.
