Conducts evaluations, diagnoses communication disorders, and develops personalized treatment plans. Implements evidence-based therapies, offers counseling, and teaches techniques to patients and families. Collaborates with healthcare professionals, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Maintains accurate documentation, participates in research, and provides education to staff and communities. Ensures compliance with policies and standards, supports quality improvement, and performs related duties. Qualifications include: an unrestricted Texas license, BLS certification, and expertise in assessment and treatment of communication disorders. Strong communication, teamwork, and ethical standards are essential.
