Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Hendricks County, Indiana, to evaluate and treat communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders as prescribed by a physician.
Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, assessing the LTC environment, identifying equipment needs, developing and revising plans of care, and educating patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team. The role involves documentation, performed on NetHealth with training provided, and other duties to ensure quality speech therapy services.
Position is PRN with flexible scheduling, offering competitive pay starting at $50/hour and benefits. The preferred candidate has a Master’s degree and a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology. Work is in person.
