We are seeking a Speech Therapist to provide pediatric speech therapy services in clients’ homes.
Responsibilities include evaluating clients, developing and implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and communicating with families, physicians, and team members.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Valid state licensure or active supervision for licensure
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
Experience with neurological disorders in children and/or adults is preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations
Proficiency with computers and augmentative devices
Key duties include:
Evaluating clients and creating treatment plans
Initiating therapy and monitoring progress
Documenting services per regulatory standards
Collaborating with team members and participating in conferences
Providing education to clients, families, and staff
