Speech Pathologist needed to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across a variety of care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and determine appropriate diagnoses for communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with an interdisciplinary team.
- Provide therapy services to support speech, language, cognition, and safe swallowing.
- Educate caregivers and support patient-centered care.
- Document patient progress and clinical findings accurately.
