Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services in a home health setting. The role involves assessing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy for communication and swallowing issues, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, monitoring progress, and educating patients and caregivers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure
- Experience in home health preferred
- Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills
- Knowledge of speech, swallowing anatomy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have Skills: Additional qualifications are a plus.
