Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services in a home health setting. The role involves patient assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to identify speech and language disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy for communication and swallowing issues
- Monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly
- Administer standardized tests
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure
- Experience in home health preferred
- Strong assessment and treatment development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
