Speech Pathologist – Part Time

Role: Provides speech therapy services to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders in a home health and hospice setting.


Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and documenting patient speech, language, and swallowing data.
  • Monitoring changes in physical and emotional health parameters.
  • Reviewing and modifying treatment plans based on individual performance and needs.
  • Instructing patients on monitoring speech and practicing new skills.
  • Maintaining compliance with legal, organizational, and regulatory documentation requirements.
  • Performing additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure as a Speech Pathologist in the practice state.
  • CPR or BLS certification from an approved provider.
  • Valid Driver’s License and age of at least 21.
  • Preferred: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
