Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
- Modifying therapy approaches based on patient progress and needs.
- Tracking, documenting, and monitoring patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
- Celebrating patient achievements and outcomes.
Qualifications required:
- Current licensure or certification as per state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification (to be obtained within 30 days if not already certified).
- Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience accepted.
