Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN

Role: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities: Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy in home settings, including single or multi-family homes, assisted living, independent living, or memory care. Treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiring alternative communication methods. Work with patients who have experienced strokes or have progressive conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and dementia.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
  • Dependable transportation in good condition, capable of driving in all weather conditions
  • Current licensure as an SLP in the state of employment
  • Ability to work independently and deliver therapy in diverse home environments

Key Duties: Conduct patient evaluations, develop and implement therapy plans, and support patient communication and swallowing functions within a home-based care setting.
