Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) -Home Health- Sonoma County

The Speech–Language Pathologist is responsible for providing speech therapy services, including evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans, to improve patients’ communication functions.

They collaborate with healthcare providers, recommend communication devices, and instruct patients and caregivers.

The role involves maintaining clinical competency, documenting notes, and possibly supervising home health aides.

Candidates must hold a master’s or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology, be licensed or meet specific clinical experience requirements, and have good communication and organizational skills.
