We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist in Clarksville, TN, to join our Home Health team.
Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within the scope of practice and plan of care. Collaborate with healthcare team members and assist physicians in developing therapy plans. Educate patients, families, and caregivers to participate in therapy and improve communication skills. Must hold an active, unencumbered license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation for home visits.
