We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist in Clarksville, TN, to join our Home Health team.
Provide assessment and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within state scope and in collaboration with the healthcare team. Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and assist physicians in developing personalized care plans. Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support ongoing therapy and communication goals. Must hold an active, unencumbered license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR certification, and have reliable transportation for traveling to patient residences.
