We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist in Clarksville, TN to join our Home Health team.
Assess and evaluate patients for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within state practice scope. Develop and implement therapy plans in coordination with healthcare team and physicians. Provide therapy and educate patients, families, and caregivers to promote effective communication and functional independence. Must hold a valid state license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR certification, and have reliable transportation for daily visits.
