Evaluate residents for swallowing and cognitive deficits and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide skilled speech therapy assessments, therapy, and training to residents, families, and caregivers.
Assist with communication systems for individuals with severe language disorders and coordinate diagnostic procedures.
Collaborate with other professionals, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate documentation.
Respond to family needs and ensure resident safety and confidentiality.
