We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab team at a care facility dedicated to compassionate, innovative, and personalized patient care.
- Evaluate residents for swallowing and cognitive deficits.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve cognition and swallowing functions.
- Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers.
- Utilize AAC systems for individuals with severe language disorders.
- Collaborate with other professionals for diagnostic procedures.
- Ensure compliance with current standards and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate training with care staff and respond to resident and family needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and professional requirements.
