Compensation includes a salary of $80,000-$105,000/year, pay-per-billed-visit rates, signing/relocation bonuses up to $10,000, and performance incentives. Flexible schedules, manageable caseloads, and autonomy are prioritized, allowing clinicians to design their ideal work week.
