Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a California-licensed Speech Therapist to provide in-home therapy services to patients in Santa Clara County, Peninsula, and surrounding areas.

Evaluate speech and language abilities, develop treatment plans, and administer rehabilitative services.

Record patient progress, prepare reports every 30 days and at discharge.

Utilize diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for evaluation and treatment.

Educate and supervise patients, families, and staff on speech therapy methods.

Assess home environments and make appropriate recommendations.

Participate in staff development and in-service training.

Qualifications include ASHA certification, a Master’s degree in speech pathology, at least one year of experience with adults, and California licensure.

Offering full-time and part-time roles with pay between $100,000-$150,000 annually, benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and continuing education.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday with on-call duties, and the position involves travel to patient homes.
