Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Seeking a California Registered Speech Therapist to provide in-home speech and language therapy services.

Evaluate patients’ speech and language abilities; develop and implement personalized care plans.

Administer rehabilitative services, observe progress, and document treatment outcomes every 30 days or at discharge.

Use diagnostic and therapeutic techniques; educate and supervise patients, families, and staff in therapy methods.

Assess home environments and make appropriate recommendations; participate in staff development activities.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include ASHA certification, a Master’s degree in speech pathology, at least one year of experience with adults, and California licensure.

Offers full- or part-time roles with pay ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 annually, along with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling. Work involves traveling to patient homes, primarily Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities.
