Create personalized care plans to make a meaningful impact.

Document, bill, and code services according to facility policies.

Provide essential resident information for assessments and functional cognition.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid license, and knowledge of long-term care regulations.
