Assess, treat, and support residents with communication and swallowing challenges. Create personalized care plans to improve residents’ quality of life. Follow facility policies for documentation, billing, and resident assessments. Provide information for resident evaluations and functional cognition. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Valid, unrestricted license in the state. Knowledge of long-term care regulations.
