Speech Language Pathologist SLP – Live Well Homecare

Seeking a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. Provide evaluations, treatment, and support for communication disorders in children aged 3-8, with opportunities for mentorship, especially for new graduates.

Perform developmental screenings, evaluations, and speech therapy based on individualized goals.

Complete treatment documentation and communicate weekly with parents/caregivers, including at-home strategies.

Confirm daily treatment sessions and report caseload status to the Clinical Supervisor.

Coordinate with local schools and childcare facilities, primarily working on-site to optimize travel time.

Work independently to manage schedules and adhere to ethical standards.
