Responsibilities include
assessing and treating residents with communication and swallowing challenges creating personalized care plans documenting and providing resident information for assessments and billing.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology Valid, unrestricted state license Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and long-term care procedures.
