Assess, treat, and support residents with communication and swallowing challenges.

Create personalized care plans to make a positive impact.

Document, bill, and code services in accordance with facility policies.

Provide resident information for assessments and functional cognition as required.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure, and knowledge of long-term care regulations.
