Provide personalized care plans to improve residents’ communication and swallowing functions.

Document and code services according to facility policies.

Gather resident information for assessments, including signs of disorders and cognitive status.

Maintain compliance with long-term care regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state licensure, and knowledge of skilled nursing regulations.
