Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab team at a skilled care facility.

Our mission is to deliver compassionate, high-quality care by utilizing innovative practices to improve residents’ lives in a homelike environment.

Evaluate residents for swallowing and cognitive deficits

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance independence

Provide education and training to residents, families, and care staff

Assist with diagnostic procedures like MBSS and FEES

Coordinate care and communicate resident progress

Maintain accurate documentation and billing

Ensure resident safety and confidentiality

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adhere to legal standards

Requirements include an active Texas license and current ASHA certification.
