Assess, treat, and support residents with communication and swallowing challenges.

Follow facility policies for documentation, billing, and resident assessments.

Provide information for resident evaluations and functional cognition.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid license, and knowledge of long-term care regulations.
