Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are hiring a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehab team.

In this role, you will

assess, treat, and support residents with communication and swallowing challenges

develop personalized care plans to improve residents’ quality of life

document, bill, and code services according to facility policies

provide essential information for resident assessments and functional cognition

**Qualifications:**
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid license, and knowledge of long-term care regulations.
