Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Join an in-house rehab team as a Speech Language Pathologist and provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a home-like setting.

  • Evaluate residents for swallowing and cognitive deficits; develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve independence.
  • Educate residents and caregivers; provide speech and language assessments, AAC systems, and training to enhance communication abilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for diagnostic procedures; communicate resident progress and coordinate care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, ensure confidentiality, and adhere to legal and professional standards.
  • Qualifications include an active Texas license and ASHA certification.
