We have an exciting opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist to join our IN-HOUSE rehab team in Giddings, TX.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating residents for swallowing or cognitive deficits
- Helping residents achieve goals in cognition and swallowing
- Providing education to residents and caregivers
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems
- Training and collaborating with clients, families, and professionals
- Coordinating diagnostic procedures like MBSS and FEES
- Ensuring compliance with current standards and documentation
- Responding to family concerns and maintaining resident safety and confidentiality
Requirements:
- Active Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certification
- Good standing with regulatory agencies
