Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Pediatric Home Health

Role Overview: Provide pediatric speech therapy in home-based settings, collaborating with families and care teams to deliver individualized care. Focus on high-quality services with manageable caseloads, efficient documentation, and minimal travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat pediatric patients in their homes
  • Utilize point-of-care documentation tools for streamlined record-keeping
  • Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Engage in community outreach programs, including international service opportunities

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Eligibility for or possession of CCC-SLP
  • Valid state licensure or certification
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
