We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time/PRN role to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes.
Work with patients experiencing cognitive-communication and swallowing issues due to stroke, TBI, illness, surgery, injury, or dementia. Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with the care team to ensure a continuum of care and document patient progress in the health system. Requires current SLP license and valid driver’s license. Position involves travel and working on the road, with a potential need to relocate to State College, PA before starting.
