Part-time/PRN licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes.
Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with care teams to ensure continuity of care, and documenting progress in health records.
Work involves managing cognitive-communication and swallowing issues related to stroke, brain injury, illness, surgery, or dementia.
Current SLP license and driver’s license are required.
