Speech Language Pathologist- Home Health – Part Time – Jackson

We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Jackson, TN.

Assess and evaluate patients’ speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs within scope of practice.

Develop and implement therapy plans in coordination with healthcare team members.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support effective communication and functional improvements.

Provide services based on diagnostic tests and assist physicians in care planning.

Must Haves: Valid state license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the area.
