Speech Language Pathologist- Home Health – Part Time – Jackson

We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Jackson, TN.

Assess and evaluate patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.

Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with state laws and the patient’s care plan.

Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing functions.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support ongoing care.

Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Must have an active license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
