Speech Language Pathologist

Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct patient care and support activities in a skilled nursing facility.

  • Evaluate and treat patients to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, developing individualized treatment plans and communicating progress to the interdisciplinary team.
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations, document services accurately, and ensure compliance with regulatory and billing requirements.
  • Supervise clinical staff, collaborate with team members, and contribute to professional development through education and conferences.
  • Educate patients, families, and staff, and participate in meetings to support patient care and facility goals.
  • Maintain safe working practices, uphold professional standards, and foster a positive team environment.
