Speech Language Pathologist

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position involves providing direct patient care to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions within a skilled nursing facility.

  • Evaluates and treats patients, develops treatment plans, communicates with families and interdisciplinary teams, and documents services accurately.
  • Supervises clinical staff, manages regulatory documentation, and participates in team conferences and patient education.
  • Utilizes current clinical knowledge, demonstrates safe working practices, and promotes professional development through ongoing education and peer collaboration.
  • Contributes to a positive facility culture by demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred, CCC-SLP certification, and a valid license. Must be able to perform physical tasks related to patient care and hold current CPR certification if required.
  • Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule, and relocation assistance. Pay ranges from $55.00 to $65.00 per hour.
