We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide services to children birth to 21 in school and home settings. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders, with up to 30 hrs/week during the school year and approximately 45 hrs in summer. The ideal candidate will hold CCC-SLP, MN Department of Health licensure, and Department of Education licensure.
- Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide early intervention and collaborate with families, teachers, and healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and educate families on communication strategies.
Skills required include pediatric experience, proficiency in speech therapy techniques, empathy, strong assessment skills, and teamwork abilities. The position offers flexible hours, paid time off, and a retirement plan, with services provided in person. Pay ranges from $37.00 to $45.00 per hour.
