Speech Language Pathologist

This full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist position involves providing direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities within a skilled nursing facility setting.

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies, collaborating with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Document services accurately, manage billing and regulatory compliance, and communicate patient progress effectively.
  • Supervise clinical staff and contribute to team meetings, education, and professional development.
  • Promote a positive facility culture by demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
  • Ensure safety protocols and maintain safe work environments and equipment.
  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, CA license, CPR certification, with 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred. Must be able to perform physical activities related to patient care and work in person. Compensation ranges from $58-$62/hour, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and continuing education.
