Speech Language Pathologist – Live Well Homecare

This full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist position involves providing direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities within a skilled nursing facility setting.

Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies, collaborating with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.

Document services accurately, manage billing and regulatory compliance, and communicate patient progress effectively.

Supervise clinical staff and contribute to team meetings, education, and professional development.

Promote a positive facility culture by demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service.

Ensure safety protocols and maintain safe work environments and equipment.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, CA license, CPR certification, with 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred. Must be able to perform physical activities related to patient care and work in person. Compensation ranges from $58-$62/hour, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and continuing education.
