Speech-Language Pathologist

This position involves providing direct patient care in speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to optimize patient outcomes.

  • Deliver individualized treatment plans based on evaluations, collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Document services accurately, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulations and billing.
  • Supervise and support other speech-language pathologists and assistants in patient care activities.
  • Participate in team conferences, contribute to professional development, and stay current with clinical best practices.
  • Promote a positive facility culture through professionalism, communication, and customer service.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed during patient interactions and support activities.
