Deliver individualized treatment plans based on evaluations, collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.Document services accurately, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulations and billing.Supervise and support other speech-language pathologists and assistants in patient care activities.Participate in team conferences, contribute to professional development, and stay current with clinical best practices.Promote a positive facility culture through professionalism, communication, and customer service.Ensure safety protocols are followed during patient interactions and support activities.Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, California license or candidate status, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.
