We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our senior living community in Whiting, NJ.
Perform hearing, speech, language, and swallowing assessments to determine patient needs. Diagnose impairments and develop personalized treatment plans. Educate patients and families on communication strategies and techniques. Maintain thorough documentation, reports, and coordinate administrative duties. Create individual and group therapy activities to address communication and swallowing issues. Participate in meetings such as IEPs, in-service sessions, and intervention teams. Instruct clients on communication techniques like sign language or voice improvement. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited therapy program, 3-5 years of experience or equivalent, valid NJ license.
