Now hiring full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologists for multiple school districts in Washington State for the 25/26 school year.
Positions are W-2 hourly, offering $50-55/hour plus a $5-15/hr in-person incentive. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, 401K, licensure and ASHA dues paid, wellness time off, and CEU opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Valid WA SLP license and ESA certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- ASHA CCC required
- Ability to assess speech/language deficits, utilize assistive technology, and develop individualized instruction
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities include developing IEPs, providing speech therapy services, evaluating augmentative devices, collaborating with staff and families, maintaining documentation, and adhering to policies. The role emphasizes team participation, student-centered instruction, and compliance with regulations.
