This position offers a salary range of $56,000 to $65,000, based on skills and experience.
It involves providing home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers (birth to 3 years) with or at risk for developmental delays.
Responsibilities include participating in assessments, developing and implementing individualized plans (IFSP), delivering direct speech therapy, and supporting families through coaching and advocacy.
Requirements include current Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, ASHA certification or CF eligibility, knowledge of early childhood development, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation.
