Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to help design and build our SLP program, primarily working with children on the autism spectrum, with potential to serve the broader community.

**Responsibilities include:**

Conducting assessments of speech and language abilities

Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans

Providing therapy sessions to improve communication and swallowing

Collaborating with families and healthcare teams

Documenting progress and adjusting strategies

Staying current with industry research

**Qualifications:**

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid state licensure and ASHA certification

Experience with pediatric populations and early intervention

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and assessment techniques

**Details:**
Full-time or part-time, with competitive pay, benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off. Schedule is Monday to Friday, in person.
