We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, employee-owned therapeutic school in Vermont.
Provide direct instruction in social communication, self-advocacy, reading, and writing, while consulting on individual IEPs that focus on the whole child. Develop and manage speech, language, and literacy programming for students with significant challenges. Supervise SLPAs and support staff, guiding implementation of therapy programs. Qualifications include a Master’s in communication sciences & disorders, ASHA certification, and preferably a Vermont teaching license endorsement. Requires experience with students with complex needs, excellent communication, and collaboration skills, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers a competitive salary ($84,868–$95,412 with benefits), including health insurance, retirement, paid time off, and additional perks. Flexible hours and potential clinical fellowship supervision are available.
