Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, employee-owned therapeutic school for ages 5-22 and adults with developmental disabilities in VT.
Provide direct instruction in social communication, literacy, and self-advocacy, and consult on IEPs for students with complex needs. Develop and oversee speech, language, and literacy programming, guiding support staff and managing a small caseload. Qualifications include a Master’s in communication sciences & disorders, ASHA certification, Vermont licensure preferred, and experience working with students with significant challenges. Flexible hours, with a clinical fellowship year possible. Compensation ranges from $84,868 to $95,412 annually, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement, paid time off, and more. Must have a driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
